SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Standard Shipping (US): 5–10 business days ($4.99 or Free on orders over $50)
* Express Shipping (US): 3–5 business days ($9.99)

*Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

3. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Simple Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
